The 90-Day Roadmap
Exactly what happens, week by week, after you sign with Sales Connector.
Speaker note: This is the kickoff deck. Walk through it on day 1 with every new client. Sets expectations and prevents the "where are my meetings" panic in week 2.
SECTION 01Why this deck exists
- Most outbound engagements fail because expectations are wrong, not because the work is wrong.
- Clients expect meetings in week 1. Reality is week 3 to 4.
- This deck gives you the real timeline, the real milestones, and the real numbers.
- We share this on day 0 so there are zero surprises in week 2.
- Read it once. Reference it weekly.
SECTION 02Day 0: Kickoff
- 60-minute kickoff call with you and your assigned strategist.
- We collect: your ICP, your offer, your headline, your existing connections, your tone.
- You get: a written 90-day plan, a Slack channel, and your strategist's calendar.
- We agree on success metrics: meetings booked, pipeline created, deals closed.
- Nothing is sent yet. Day 0 is alignment.
Speaker note: The Slack channel is the single biggest retention lever. Clients who use Slack daily renew at 95 percent. Push them into it day 0.
SECTION 03Week 1: Setup

- We rewrite your LinkedIn headline using the 5 to 7 personal facts rule.
- We rewrite your About section in your voice.
- We connect Sales Navigator and import your audience.
- We build your message library: opener, follow-up, voice note scripts.
- You approve every word before anything goes out.
Speaker note: The week 1 deliverable is a portfolio review, not a pitch. Show them the headline, the messages, the audience filters. Get explicit approval.
SECTION 04Week 1: Realistic expectation
- Zero meetings booked this week. By design.
- The work this week is foundational. Headline. Messaging. Audience.
- A bad week 1 is rushing into sends with a weak headline.
- A good week 1 is approving every message and going to bed early.
- Trust the process. Week 3 is when meetings start.
Speaker note: Repeat the "zero meetings this week is correct" line out loud. Some clients still hear it as failure unless you over-communicate.
SECTION 05Week 2: First sends
- 50 to 80 connection requests per day go out, signed off by you.
- Acceptance rate target: 25 to 40 percent.
- First replies start trickling in. Most are "thanks for connecting."
- We label every contact: Friendly, Engaged, Interested, Booked.
- You see the dashboard update every morning.
Speaker note: Show them the dashboard live in week 2. Live data builds trust faster than any update email.
SECTION 06Week 2: What you do

- Approve any flagged messages within 24 hours.
- Read your morning dashboard with coffee. 90 seconds.
- Drop into Slack with questions. Use voice notes.
- Do not panic about meeting count. There won't be many yet.
- Trust that Friendly volume in week 2 becomes Booked volume in week 4.
Speaker note: "Trust the funnel" is the mantra of week 2. Repeat it.
SECTION 07Week 3 to 4: First meetings
- First booked meetings hit your calendar in week 3, sometimes week 4.
- Typical client: 4 to 8 meetings booked by end of week 4.
- We move Engaged contacts to Interested with voice notes and Looms.
- You start showing up to meetings. Pre-call Looms are sent.
- This is the first real revenue moment of the engagement.
Speaker note: The first booked meeting is the emotional turning point. Celebrate it in Slack. Screenshot it.
SECTION 08Day 30: The first review
- 30-minute review call with your strategist.
- We look at: connections sent, accepted, replies, meetings booked, pipeline.
- We adjust: headline if acceptance is low, opener if reply is low, follow-up cadence.
- You give honest feedback on tone and quality.
- We commit to changes for the next 30 days.
Speaker note: The day-30 review is also the mid-engagement save point. If anything is off, this is where we catch it.
SECTION 09Day 60: Pipeline forming

- By day 60, expect 12 to 25 booked meetings cumulatively.
- Pipeline now has shape: 5 to 10 active opportunities at various stages.
- Hidden pipeline rekindling kicks in: dormant connections start booking.
- Connect Deeply layer hits stride: voice notes and Looms drive most bookings.
- You start to see deals close, not just meetings book.
Speaker note: Day 60 is when clients start saying "this is working." Mark the moment. Capture the testimonial.
SECTION 10Day 60: What we do
- Refresh your audience filters with new ICP segments.
- Test 2 new opener variants based on 30-day data.
- Add a fresh Loom template tied to a recent customer win.
- Audit your Engaged stage for stalled contacts and revive them.
- Share a written 30-day update document.
Speaker note: The written 30-day update is internal-friendly. Clients forward it to their team or board. Make it shareable.
SECTION 11Day 90: Renewal conversation
- By day 90, you have 25 to 50 booked meetings and a real pipeline.
- We run a 60-minute QBR using the QBR template.
- We forecast the next 90 days based on actual performance.
- Renewal happens here, or we honestly assess fit.
- Most clients renew. Some level up to Managed. A few off-board cleanly.
Speaker note: Day 90 is decision day. The QBR is the structured way we earn the renewal. Use the template.
SECTION 12What "good" looks like at 90 days

- 25 to 50 booked meetings cumulatively.
- 5 to 12 active opportunities in real pipeline.
- 1 to 4 closed deals depending on your sales cycle.
- Acceptance rate above 30 percent. Reply rate above 8 percent.
- A LinkedIn presence your peers comment on.
Speaker note: Anchor "good" in numbers, not feelings. Numbers protect both sides from disappointment.
SECTION 13What you commit to
- 90 seconds with your dashboard each morning.
- 24-hour turnaround on flagged approvals.
- Showing up to your booked meetings.
- One 30-minute review call per month.
- Honest feedback in Slack when something feels off.
Speaker note: We expect this commitment. Set it explicitly so there is no "I thought you handled everything" moment in week 4.
SECTION 14What we commit to
- Every message approved by you before send.
- Daily monitoring of acceptance, reply, and meeting metrics.
- Strategist responsive in Slack within 4 business hours.
- Monthly written update plus weekly pipeline check.
- We tell you before you ask if something is off.
Speaker note: Commitments are bilateral. This slide is what makes the relationship feel like a partnership, not a vendor contract.
SECTION 15The next step (for prospects)

- If you are reading this and not yet a client, book a call.
- 30 minutes. We audit your LinkedIn, your pipeline, your headline.
- You leave with a written 90-day plan whether you hire us or not.
- Same plan we would build for you on day 0.
