LinkedIn Outreach Answers
This library answers the questions people search before running LinkedIn outreach: where the account risk sits, what LinkedIn's limits look like as of 2026, what lead generation costs, how to write messages people answer, and how the main tools and services differ. Every page leads with a direct answer, hedges anything LinkedIn can change without notice, and cites no number we cannot source.
- Written by the team at Sales Connector, who have run done-for-you B2B LinkedIn outbound since 2018.
- Platform limits are described directionally and dated, because LinkedIn changes them without notice and they vary by account.
- No invented statistics, no promised results, and no claim that any tool or method is undetectable or risk-free.
- Comparison pages judge on model and approach only, and say plainly which buyer should choose the other option.
- Every page answers its question in the first paragraph, then goes into the exceptions and the cases where it depends.
Start here: the basics
If you have never run LinkedIn outreach, read these four first. They define the vocabulary, tell you which subscriptions you actually need, and place LinkedIn next to the other outbound channel most teams are already running.
- What is LinkedIn automation?: what the software does, what it cannot do, and how browser extensions differ from cloud tools.
- Do I need Sales Navigator?: when the subscription earns its cost and when a free account is enough.
- What is a LinkedIn SDR?: what the role covers day to day, and what it costs to hire one versus outsource the work.
- LinkedIn automation vs cold email: deliverability, volume ceilings, targeting, reply quality, and the case for running both.
Limits and account safety
This is the group people search for at two in the morning. The short version: LinkedIn automation always carries some account risk, the limits are unpublished and vary by account, and most restrictions come from behavior patterns rather than from the simple fact that software was involved. Anyone promising you a safe or undetectable setup is selling something.
- Is LinkedIn automation safe?: where the risk comes from, what raises it, and what no vendor can promise you.
- LinkedIn connection request limits: what the ceiling looks like as of 2026, why it varies by account, and how to work inside it.
- LinkedIn account restricted: what a warning, a temporary limit, and a permanent restriction each mean, and what to do first.
- LinkedIn Social Selling Index: what SSI measures, whether it matters, and how to raise it without wasting a quarter.
Cost, buying, and who does the work
Outbound gets priced three ways: software you operate yourself, a person you hire, or a service that does the work for you. These pages lay out the real economics of each, including the labor cost that most comparisons quietly leave out.
- How much does LinkedIn lead generation cost?: software, headcount, and service pricing side by side, with the hidden costs named.
- LinkedIn automation agency vs software: what you are buying in each case, and which one fits which team.
- Sales Connector vs doing it yourself: when running it in-house is the correct decision.
- Sales Connector vs hiring an SDR: an in-house sales development rep compared with an outsourced team, including ramp time and management load.
Writing messages and booking meetings
Targeting decides who sees you. Copy decides what happens next. These pages cover the writing itself, with examples to adapt rather than templates to paste, plus what to do once someone replies.
- How to write a LinkedIn connection request: what earns an accept, what gets ignored, and why the note is not always the answer.
- LinkedIn outreach message templates: starting points for first touches and follow-ups, with notes on what to change before you send.
- LinkedIn outreach response rates: why the honest answer is a range and a list of dependencies, not a number.
- How to book meetings on LinkedIn: moving a reply to a calendar without sounding like a sequence.
Head-to-head comparisons
Every comparison page below follows one rule: we compare on model and approach, never on a competitor's pricing, headcount, or feature list, because those change constantly and we cannot verify them. Each page names the buyer who should choose the other option, because a comparison that never does that is an advertisement.
- Sales Connector vs Expandi: done-for-you service compared with self-serve LinkedIn automation software.
- Sales Connector vs Dripify: who builds the campaigns, who writes the copy, and who answers the inbox.
- Sales Connector vs Waalaxy: buying a tool to operate yourself versus buying an outcome and a team.
- Sales Connector vs HeyReach: multi-account outreach software compared with a managed service model.
- Sales Connector vs Meet Alfred: what changes when a team, rather than you, owns the day-to-day.
- Sales Connector vs Linked Helper: self-operated software compared with done-for-you execution.
- Sales Connector vs Apollo: a data and email-led platform compared with a LinkedIn-led service.
- Sales Connector vs Closely: tool ownership versus service ownership, and who each suits.
- Sales Connector vs Outreach: enterprise sales engagement software compared with a done-for-you LinkedIn channel.

Common questions
What is Sales Connector?
Sales Connector is a done-for-you B2B LinkedIn outbound company, operating since 2018. It is a service with software behind it rather than a self-serve tool you log into and figure out. Our team builds your targeting and writes your campaigns, sending runs on your real LinkedIn account, and on the Managed plan the same team answers your inbox and books meetings. We are based in Folsom, California.
How much does Sales Connector cost?
There are two plans. Assisted is $595 a month: our team builds the targeting, the campaigns, and the copy, and you answer the LinkedIn inbox yourself. Managed is $1,195 a month: we do all of that and also answer every reply in your voice, book meetings onto your calendar, and surface only the conversations that need you. Both are month to month. Earned discounts apply for multiple accounts, longer commitments, and referrals.
Who answers the LinkedIn inbox?
It depends on the plan. On the Assisted plan, you do. We build and run the campaigns, and the conversations land in your own LinkedIn inbox for you to work. On the Managed plan, our team answers every reply in your voice, handles the back and forth, books meetings onto your calendar, and brings you in only when a conversation needs you. Both run on your real LinkedIn account.
Is there a contract?
No. Both plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Earned discounts exist if you choose to commit, ranging from 10% at three months to 25% at twenty-four months, with separate volume discounts from 10% at two accounts up to 25% at ten or more, plus a referral discount. None of them are required to start, and none of them lock you in by default.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and nobody honest does. Outbound results depend on your offer, your market, your price point, and how fast you follow up, and LinkedIn automation always carries some account risk regardless of who runs it. What we commit to is the work: targeting built by our team, copy written for your buyer, human-paced sending, and clear reporting on acceptance, reply, and meeting numbers. If it is not working, cancel at the end of any month.
What is the coaching program?
Private coaching with founder Wes Lemos at $1,995 a month, by application. It includes the Managed plan, one monthly one-to-one session, one of your recorded sales calls torn down in detail each month, and a monthly group call. Wes has personally run thousands of sales and discovery calls. Details and the application are at /coaching/.
